You must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions before placing your order for the Healthé Trim. By placing your order for Healthé Trim you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

I understand the statements regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. I understand the information on this website or in emails is designed for educational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for informed medical advice or care.
I understand I should not use this information to diagnose or treat any health problems or illnesses without consulting my doctor. I also understand that Healthé Trim is not intended or to be used to treat any type of medical condition.

Shipping:

We send "Overnight" deliveries the most cost efficient way to achieve delivery to you the next day.  Depending upon your geographic location, this may mean that it goes via ground transportation in some areas and via air delivery in other areas.  If a customer pays for overnight delivery and the delivery company does not deliver by next day promised, upon request we will refund the difference in the shipping paid and the
actual shipping time.

AS A CONVENIENCE  TO OUR REPEAT BUYERS, MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION IS AVAILABLE.  THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT THAT ANY CUSTOMER OPT IN TO MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AND NO CUSTOMER WILL BE PUT ON THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN UNLESS THEY SPECIFICALLY OPT IN.  THE PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCTS IN NO WAY OBLIGATES OUR CUSTOMERS TO OPT IN TO MONTHLY DELIVERY.  IF YOU DO OPT IN - Please take a few minutes to read the following as when you purchase the Healthé Trim on a monthly delivery plan you automatically accept the following terms and conditions. If you are happy with your Healthé Trim, do nothing and your credit card will be charged every 30 days thereafter and we will automatically send you a fresh 1-month supply of Healthé Trim. The credit card you provide AT THE TIME OF OPT IN will be billed the agreed upon rate (plus shipping and handling). You may cancel your monthly subscription agreement of Healthé Trim at any time by simply calling customer service at                800 456-TRIM (8746)         or by emailing us at info@healthytrim.com. Remember, most customers see most noticeable results by using Healthé Trim consistently for 3 months. If you are not fully satisfied with future shipments of Healthé Trim, you may return your bottle within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping and handling costs.

Healthé Trim Total Satisfaction Guarantee


If you are not fully satisfied with any HealthyLife Sciences product, you may return your bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping costs.  All bottles purchased must be returned.  Refunds will not be given on reorders of the same product.  If multiple bottles are purchased, only unopened bottles will refunded.  Each customer allowed only one refund.

I UNDERSTAND THAT A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION OPTION IS OFFERED AND IN THE EVENT THAT I OPT IN TO THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION OPTION THAT THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION CONSUMER TRANSACTION WILL INVOLVE A NEGATIVE OPTION, AND THAT I MAY BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF FUTURE GOODS AND SERVICES UNDER THE TERMS OF THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION OPT IN AGREEMENT FOR THE AGREED UPON PRICE PLUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING OF 7.95 PER MONTH, BUT ONLY IF I SIGN UP AND OPT IN FOR THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION OPTION AND FAIL TO NOTIFY THE SUPPLIER NOT TO SUPPLY THE GOODS OR SERVICES DESCRIBED.
