Healthé Trim Total Satisfaction Guarantee


If you are not fully satisfied with Healthe' Trim, you may return your first bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping costs.  All bottles purchased and requesting a refund must be returned.  
If multiple bottles are purchased in your first order, only one opened bottle is eligible for a refund.  Unopened bottles from your first order will be refunded only within 30 days from the date of your purchase.  Each customer is allowed one refund, and the refund policy only applies to the customer's first order.  Refunds will not be given on reorders of Healthe Trim.  No unopened bottles from repeat orders will be refunded.

OPTIONAL AND APPLICABLE ONLY IF CUSTOMER OPTS IN TO A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN.


AS A CONVENIENCE  TO OUR BUYERS, MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE.  WE OFFER SEVERAL DIFFERENT SUBSCRIPTION PLANS.  THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT THAT ANY CUSTOMER OPT IN TO MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AND NO CUSTOMER WILL BE PUT ON THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN UNLESS THEY SPECIFICALLY OPT IN.  THE PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCTS IN NO WAY OBLIGATES OUR CUSTOMERS TO OPT IN TO MONTHLY DELIVERY.  IF YOU DO OPT IN TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF DISCOUNTED SUBSCRIPTION RATES - Please take a few minutes to read the following.  When you purchase the Healthé Trim on a monthly delivery plan you automatically accept the following terms and conditions. If you are happy with Healthé Trim, do nothing and your credit card will be charged periodically (depending on which offer you selected) thereafter and we will automatically send you a fresh supply of Healthé Trim. The credit card you provide AT THE TIME OF OPT IN will be billed the agreed upon rate (plus shipping and handling). You may cancel your subscription agreement of Healthé Trim at any time by simply calling customer service at 888 456-TRIM (8746). Cancellations are only applicable for future orders. 

Remember, most customers see most noticeable results by using Healthé Trim consistently for 3 months. If you are not fully satisfied with Healthé Trim, you may return your first bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping and handling costs.  


Details on your 14-Day free trial of Healthe’ Trim 
Consumers who purchase Healthe’Trim will automatically be enrolled in a 14-Day free trial.  As a subscriber, consumers will receive coupons and special offers for discounts on HealthyLife Sciences products. 

After the 14-Day free trial, consumers will be charged $79.95 for Healthe’Trim on the same credit card used for the previous purchase.  Subscribers will continue to be billed monthly at the discounted rate of $54.95.  The charge will show up on credit card statements with the name HealthyLife Sciences, LLC.

Subscription will continue indefinitely unless consumers cancel.  Consumers may cancel at any time by calling 1-888-456-TRIM (8746).  Cancellations are only applicable for future orders.   


Monthly Subscription Option Clause 


I UNDERSTAND THAT A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION OPTION IS OFFERED AND IN THE EVENT THAT I OPT IN TO THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION OPTION THAT THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION CONSUMER TRANSACTION WILL INVOLVE A NEGATIVE OPTION, AND THAT I MAY BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF FUTURE GOODS AND SERVICES UNDER THE TERMS OF THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION OPT IN AGREEMENT FOR THE AGREED UPON PRICE PLUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING OF 7.95 PER MONTH, BUT ONLY IF I SIGN UP AND OPT IN FOR THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION OPTION AND FAIL TO NOTIFY THE SUPPLIER NOT TO SUPPLY THE GOODS OR SERVICES DESCRIBED.

Overnight              Next Day (Not available for Saturday or Sunday Delivery)


We send "Overnight" deliveries the most cost efficient way to achieve delivery to you the next day.  Depending upon your geographic location, this may mean that it goes via ground transportation in some areas and via air delivery in other areas.  If a customer pays for overnight delivery and the delivery company does not deliver by next day promised, upon request we will refund the difference in the shipping paid and the actual shipping time.
 

We offer "priority" shipping guaranteeing that your package will leave HealthyLife Sciences premises within 24 hours from your purchase.
