Monthly Subscription Plans are available for repeat buyers.

If you are interested in receiving a monthly supply of healthe'trim or any other HealthyLife Sciences products, click the "Subscribe To" links below and complete the necessary information.
Once the Subscription Order is complete, you will be automatically billed monthly for the requested quantity of products. The credit card used at the time of Subscription will be billed at the agreed upon price plus shipping and handling.
Your Subscription will be shipped to you every 30 days on the same day each month. If you need more frequent or special accommodations, this can be done by calling our customer service center at 404 602-5600.

For Subscription customers who order two or more products, you will receive free standard ground shipping. If you would like to upgrade the method of shipping, you will only be billed the difference.
You may cancel your monthly Subscription agreement at any time with a 5 day notice simply by calling our customer service center at 404 602-5600.
