A Bridal Testimonial - Jennifer Lost 20lbs in 7 Weeks!

I want to share my story about how healthe’trim has changed and improved my life. After having a child ten years ago, I started developing a few not so good habits like watching a lot of TV and not exercising. Over time I gained weight and tried a number of different products without success. Last year my boyfriend of 7 years and I decided to get married so of course I went shopping and bought my wedding dress. It was too small but I was assured that it could be altered. Early this year I heard about healthe’trim and decided to give it a shot to see if I could lose the extra weight before my wedding. I started taking healthe’trim in mid-February. I noticed that my appetite was suppressed and within 7 weeks I had lost 20lbs. I was amazed because I didn’t significantly change my life style or increase my exercise routine. Needless to say when I went for the fitting for my wedding dress, it was too small. Yes, it had to be altered but it had to be taken in! My daily life has improved. I feel good about myself, and I have a renewed energy that helps me in all areas of my life including patience with my 10 year old.

I just wanted to thank you for coming out with Healthé Trim. I would have never been the confident person I am without them. I started off at 191lbs. and I am now down to 150lbs. That is going from a size 14-16 to a size 8-10. I not only have more energy and feel better, but I am also High School Skinny again. I want everyone to know that this works! For those people that are still skeptical, I have taken before and after pics. I look like two totally different people. This Christmas instead of taking the pictures, I will be in them. After a few years adding a pound here and there, I had gained twenty pounds. I felt lousy, and my self-esteem tanked. As a 3/4 empty glass girl, I didn't believe it was as easy as the Healthé Trim website made it seem. I ate my favorite foods, just not as much. I am not into self-deprivation, so this was wonderful!
