Do you presently offer a monthly delivery plan?

 As a convenience to our repeat customers, we offer a Monthly Subscription Plan.  It will require a specific OPT IN ACKNOWLEDGMENT BY THE CUSTOMER AND NO ONE WILL BE PLACED ON MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION UNLESS THEY SPECIFICALLY CHOSE THAT OPTION.

I have reordered the product and the capsule color has changed.  Is this the same product?

Our company made the decision to go "Green".  As part of that effort, we changed our capsule color to all green.  In our view, this conveyed more of the "All Natural" ingredients of the product, vs. the red and white color which is more common with a pharmaceutical drug.

When is the best time to take the product?

In the morning or afternoon, do not take before bedtime as product may cause restlessness; in the morning, try not to eat/drink anything but water (1-2 glasses) for 3 hours.

Is the product all natural?

Our products are considered natural. The FDA refers to natural ingredients as "ingredients extracted directly from plants or animal products as opposed to being produced synthetically"..

How many capsules should I take when I start out taking Healthe Trim on the 1st week?

Start out by taking 1 capsule in order to get the product into your system and basically to get your body used to the effects. Feel your body out. If you are a person with natural energy, you may need to take 2 capsules in the morning. If you are a person who does not drink any caffeine at all, you may need to take only 1 capsule in the morning.

How many capsules do you take at a time?

We suggest one or two in the morning and/or one or two in the afternoon (before 3:00 in the afternoon and as early as 12:00 in the afternoon), but never take more than 2 capsules at one time and never more than 4 capsules per day.

Once I take the product in the morning with my 1 -2 glasses of water, how long will I begin to feel the effects?

This product is immediate release so you will begin to feel the effects within an hour after taking the product.
